As I mentioned the other day I am going into my journals

and randomly selecting from my meditation guidance over

the past three plus years. I offer this meditation note tilted

Prayer that I transcribed Friday, July 25, 2008 on an Amtrak

train headed to my job in D.C. The message from this

guidance is that all prayers are answered; it is only the lack

of faith, receptivity, or acceptance that causes them to be

unreceived.

 

This makes sense on a number of levels. First, this is not

an arbitrary or judgmental God but instead a loving God

who would not pick and choose who should receive a

positive answer. Secondly, if we believe that the Law Of

Attraction is effective and universal, then all prayers are

granted when prayed with sincere emotion and the person

praying has the faith in the process and is ready to receive.

 

Possibly our loving God, who has engineered this universe

with the Law of Gravity has hardwired a solution to all

impassioned requests and prayers – the Law of Attraction.

                                         PRAYER

 

There is but one world, one hope, and one purpose.

A single line of destiny where we stretch and proceed

to the fulfillment of our desires. This destiny is created

within your thoughts – dreams – aspirations – an

abundant answering of prayers before even spoken.

 

In believing, and right receiving, all that is wanted or

desired has been manifested waiting for your arrival

in a future point in time. Waiting for your preparation

and readiness to receive. Pre-answered prayers

before the breath imparts the lips are made ready

for your pick-up.

 

Prayers are never unanswered – they are only

unreceived through lack of faith, acceptance, or

receptivity. The obstacle to the manifestation of prayer

is the internal conflict of the prayer. The kingdom of

heaven is around you, surrounds you, but you fail

to perceive, receive.

 

Ask and it shall be given – prepare the way in your

spirit, soul, emotions – with faith the endless stream

of answered prayers will appear.
